Who we are. Delegus Auto is operated by Delegus, Inc., 400 Concar Dr, San Mateo, CA 94402. Questions or deletion requests: hello@delegus.ai.

Searching is anonymous. Searches, vehicle lookups and price quotes need no personal data. We log the search filters (for example make, model, price range and ZIP code), the result count and the requesting agent's name, so dealers can see how their listings perform. We do not ask for or store precise location, and we do not receive your conversation with the AI assistant.

Holds and test drives. When you ask an assistant to hold a car or book a test drive, it sends your name and a phone number or email. We pass these to that one dealership only, so it can confirm, and keep a signed record of the request so the dealer can verify where the lead came from. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention. Buyer contact details are kept for up to 24 months for attribution and dispute handling, then deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner at the address above.

Dealers. We store dealer account details, inventory data imported with the dealer's authorization, and billing records handled by Stripe. Card details are held by Stripe, never by us.

Service providers. Hosting (Render), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and AI processing for our own buyer chat (Anthropic).
